His new lineup is filled with the absolute best rhythm group ever. This is quite a show to see in high-def. One being the bassist of former protege Marilyn Manson. The video also includes a short show from the summmer tour and music videos in the "With Teeth" era.

Jeordie is ferocious on bass, Aaron North is like a demented windmill and Freese is a solid drummer who never misses a beat. Some of the music videos actually consist of live rehearsals. The Blu Ray format really brings out high def to your TV screen. Overall this is a great buy with the high-def visual candy and the 5.1 Dolby/DTS surround. The song setlist is amazing and the overall show is so full of energy.Trent is back and sober this time. It was shot in a span of two days all in high definition.

The visual aspect of this show is amazing. He has gained a ton of muscle and has a whole new band to support NIN. Along with the band is Alessandro Cortini who handles the intricate synths and keys. It showcases the new age of Trent and is packed full of energy that the past tours lacked or made up with make up and smashing. The video "Beside You In Time" documents two shows of Nine Inch Nails during their "With Teeth" tour in 2005. The lights and the stage show is phenomenal and it looks like you can reach out and touch Trent.

This high-energy band replicates the NIN catalogue with dignity and respect to its original recordings, but each member adds a certain element to the songs, one notably is a slight change at the end of "Terrible Lie".

: ) Performance wise, Trent gave it his all along with his new friends. The director did a fine job of shooting this in a way that has the viewer feel as if he/she is actually at the concert. This a must for NIN fans. I have all the albums up to 'The Downward Spiral' and have heard some of the new stuff such as "bit the hand that feeds" (which is awesome)., and a few tracks off the "with teeth" album.

Hell, even if I don't know some of the songs I might just buy it anyway. I watched this on Blu Ray, and the picture quality is stunning along with the audio. With that said, I did not really recognize some of the songs midway into the set list showcased in this concert. Before I write this review, I must admit, that I haven't been a big follower of NIN. If there were more tracks from NIN's first 3 albums I would consider purchasing this blu ray because it's an AMAZING concert DVD.

The performance of 'hurt' was very touching.

Even though musically those guys aren't on the same level, they provide much more backstage/behind-the-scenes entertainment. Don't get me wrong, it's a great show but when I lay down money for a DVD I want more than what I already paid for when I saw the live show. If you have NEVER.EVER seen NIN live then this would be entertaining. However, I have. I mean, where is the 'behind-the-scenes look' at Trent Reznor and all of his over inflated ego fueled shenanigans.This one goes in the recycling bin.Don't waste the money, hell, go buy a KORN or SLIPKNOT DVD.

This is worth owning, but in my opinion it is a step down from the last dvd they put out and I just don't revisit this one at all. 4 out of 5. By itself there is absolutely nothing wrong with this dvd, I was just expecting it to 1Up the last one. I played that dvd in the background all the time, it was an awesome concert and I believe it is much longer. I was disappointed because I watched the hell out of "and all that could have been". I like this dvd, but I think it could have been a lot better. If you are looking for the ultimate NIN concert then I would highly recommend that one instead. Beside you in time is great, the sound quality is great, and the video quality is great.

Plus the Live versions of NIN'S best material, makes for excellent viewing and listening. The stage show, lighting, sound and HD quality image really comes across on this DVD/Video. Also included on the bonus material is the video ONLY and some rehearsal footage.
